Hello, I'm Neelam Singh, Holistic Health and Functional Nutrition Coach! 

In this group program, you'll learn how your body responds to triggers, low-grade chronic inflammation, and the role of food in all this. You also experience how certain foods can help improve symptoms like chronic joint pain, stiffness, fatigue, heartburn, sugar & hormone imbalances, cravings, and weight loss resistance.

 

I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme in the Winter of 2005 after experiencing severe joint and body pain for seven years. When six months of prescription meds failed to heal my body pain, my physician suggested a daily dose of antibiotics via an IV. At that point, I took responsibility for healing my body holistically and naturally. After I recovered from chronic Lyme pain and after many professional certifications today, I serve and guide others to live a sustainable lifestyle. ​

 

​For the past five years, I have been offering group programs and 1:1 holistic nutrition and transformation coaching sessions for those seeking to heal the body and mind NATURALLY.

I decided that there HAD to be a better way. 

I made it my life’s work to study the real science about food and nutrition holistically and learn why I was struggling for so many years and I learned how to heal my joint pain and fatigue. I also lost the last bit of baby weight and have kept it off for good. 

 

I finally felt freedom with food and my body, and I learned how to eat and take care of myself that felt nurturing rather than joint pain.

Which led me to some pretty incredible results.

My brain fog healed, and I finally had the energy to go through the entire day without energy dips and reversed a pre-diabetic diagnosis. When I started using this process with my clients, they lost weight, reversed diabetes, experienced more energy, and pain-free living without dieting or deprivation. My clients have also experienced peace with food, feel satisfied & enjoy the food they eat - while keeping the weight off. 

As part of my  Nutrition education, I learned how food sensitivity leads to inflammation in the body, which may translate into joint pain, seasonal allergies, fatigue, migraines, foggy brain, weight gain, bloating, IBS, to name a few. I have always been someone who learns by practicing what I know. Thus I ventured on a journey where I spent about two months eliminating some known foods that are the primary cause of inflammation.

Since Spring 2017, I have been taking clients privately and in groups through seasonal jumpstart programs 2-3 times a year to explore these for themselves. These short programs provide a safe space to check if the cause of their chronic condition lies in a staple everyday food. The foods that our body can digest are the ones whose nutrients get absorbed. Since we are bio-individuals, thus our experience of life and food is unique as well.
